Refresh Traveling Spritzer
1 cup of water

Combine all ingredients in a Spritzer Bottle, shake and spritz onto matresses, sheets, luggage
.  (Note excessive spray can leave marks on fabrics) 
 
Relax Air Diffuser
 
Use your Aromatherapy diffuser and add the following essential oils to achieve a complete state of relaxation.
 
 
*Remember to always follow the instructions provided with your Aromatherapy Diffuser
 
MEDITATION
 
Ease into your Meditation routine by adding the following essential oils to an Aromatherapy Diffuser:

2 drops Frankinscense Essential Oil(Crown Chakra)
2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil(Root Chakra)
2 drops of Rose Essential Oil(Sacral Chakra)
 
These oils are excellent for relaxation and each oil has properties that affect the energy centers of the body (Chakras).
 
This same recipe can be added to 10ml of a carrier oil and mixed in a roll on bottle, then dabbed on to your pressure points prior to meditation or anytime during the day to aid in relaxation, reduce stress and harmonize the Chakras.



Massage Oil for Over Worked Muscles

Over worked muscles cause pain and aggravation.  A long soak in a warm tub followed by a simple massage can do wonders to alleviate muscles pain and spasm.
 
Bath Soak:
Combine 3 drops of Marjoram and 2 drops of Lemonwith 2 Cups of Epsom Salts.  Add to a full bath and enjoy a nice long relaxing bath.
 
Muscle Massage Oil:
 
Combine ingredients and massage into affected muscles.
